"We’ve had to make two claims over the past five years and felt consistently unsupported by Lori Rickert’s agency. While they may seem friendly, the agency failed to handle claims with care — which is the point of having insurance. Communication was poor, the process was unclear, and advocacy/follow-through was minimal. During two separate periods of displacement and loss-of-use, we were made to feel like our renter policy didn’t matter. When things got complicated, the initial support we received disappeared. The experience was not only stressful but financially devastating. When I finally reached Lori to raise concerns, she called me “sweetie” — an incredibly unprofessional and dismissive response. We would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking reliable, sustained support when it matters most."
