I've dealt with a number of "agents" in the past that were really nothing more than insurance salespeople. Our agent here, Ana, is knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to any questions we come up with. So far their rates have been very competitive, and haven't followed the pattern of a low introductory rate followed by massive increases in subsequent renewals."
