Needless to say her actions speak louder than any words that say Customer Service as she has proven this by her actions, and she makes you feel like you have all the time that you need on the call and you don’t feel rushed at all. ___In closing, Aleny’s type of person and Character make up, is Customer Service. Aleny is the type of employee that professional head hunter’s seek out and look for and place in high paying corporate jobs as a solution maker and guide for Customer Service and NO degree needed for this talent. ___Aleny is the type person who will have her own Statefarm franchise or will be hired as a Statefarm District Manager over Customer Service Relations Training. ___And lastly, it isn’t a struggle for her to be a people person or for her to keep her work. ___Needless to say, I wasn’t able to give Aleny more than 5 deserving STARS, but when you call this agency, ask for Aleny to assist you for her expertise in Presidential Level Care as with all of Lori’s staff."

"Run from this office. More than 3 mths after canceling a policy they withdrew over $600 from my account and even after being notified of the error they still didn't get their act together. One week after the ordeal I get another email that they intend to withdraw another $220 for the following month. I don't even have an auto policy with them. They are liars and thieves.
