They gave detailed breakdowns of coverage comparisons and honest opinions about what I should consider for my protections. No issues with cancelling with them only after a few months as well. "Living in a wildfire zone, I had called dozens of insurance companies who wouldn't cover me based on where I lived. My previous insurance company's costs had gone through the roof. I almost couldn't afford my home anymore. Then a neighbor referred me to Lori Rickert's office, and Samantha very carefully guided me through the fire mitigation work that needed to be done in order to underwrite my policy. She was always positive, encouraging and optimistic, and the trimming was straightforward. And now I will save a few thousand dollars/year. Thank you, State Farm."
